Equipped with uniquely-designed Hong Sheang ETC (Electronic Torque Controller):
1.The double curve design ensures perfect winding.
2.The simply and conveniently operated turning button guarantees the max. non-step regulated torque.
3.With “O ADJ” device, minute regulation can be obtained from “zero”.
4.With “C ADJ” device, themotor torque ratio can be regulated according to the winding diameter ratio, and the max. motor torque ratio can reach 1:10 min.
5.Specific control can be implemented according to the application, such as dual force (- dual speed) type and coupled control system.
6.Facilitate automation; save time and labor; be free from frequent regulation; can be easily operated by any operator without training.

Application :
1.For Winding:
a.Fabric, bands made of plastic, rubber, fabric or paper.
b.Thread and wire: copper, iron and aluminum wire, insulating electric wire and plastic string.
c.Liquid material and mixer.
2.For dying and printing fabrics.
3.For starting the master motor.
4.Used in braking, and feeding devices and with cloth inspecting machines and lifters.
Data Required in Selecting Torque Motors:
1.For gneral use or for drawing copper wire (different controllers are adopted).
2.The requried highest speed.
3.The min. winding up diameter and the max. dia. of a complete wound roll.
4.The max. winding tension.
5.The models of retarding motors and the efficiency and the ratio of retarding.
a.In principle, 4-P motors are the most econ- omical; a large-size mtor should have its capacity decreased when being operated at 1ower speed for long period.
b.1 kg-m=100kg-cm; 0.1kg-m=10kg-cm; an ordinary 1 HP 4P motor ensures 1700 rpm and 0.427 kg-m torque.
c. The output range is 0.01 to 5.0 kg-m, which is available in different models, including 2P, 6P, 8P, 12P, 4/8P, 4/6P and 6/12P or different speeds.
